Mark Hanson’s ten years experience in business and banking before becoming an attorney gives him the perspective of his clients’ desire to reach solutions that work for the client and work for the other parties as well. With twenty-five years experience as a real estate and small business, and estate and trust attorney, Mark is experienced in assisting his clients in all aspects of real estate and business law. His experience includes everything from contract negotiation and dispute resolution to real estate and business transactions, security enforcement, title resolution, real estate development, and landlord representation – addressed in the office or another forum. In addition, Mark aids his clients in estate planning, trusts and probate administration.

Mark also finds time to serve as a contributing author to the Iowa State Bar Association’s Real Estate Manual, served as Chair of the ISBA’s Real Property Committee and is a past member of the ISBA’s Title Standards Committee.
